PRODUCT: The Missoni Mare knitted turban I bought arrived in excellent condition. It a beautiful piece that was stored properly: NO PET ODOR/HAIR, no mold or musty smells, and a NON-SMOKING household. Also, NO Scented Fabric Deodorizer! CUSTOMER SERVICE: This seller had a hiccup in shipping, but explained tbe situation and shipped as quickly as she could. She also packaged my order carefully. I'd definitely buy from this seller again.
