Both this bag & seller are delightful. Pictures do not do this bag justice. It’s smaller, but has the versatility to be worn/used in multiple ways, which makes it so fun. The color is simply stunning, & the quality is even higher than what you expect from a Kate bag (so you know it’s amazing!). Seller was unbelievably easy to work with, very patient & kind. As usual, I made the easy thing hard by missing her very generous offer on this bag, causing her to have to resend it - which she did with no complaint. And of course, she’s here to sell it, but she was *so* nice throughout the entire process. She packaged my new baby in beautiful silver tissue paper & it arrived in the time promised. I’ve been very fortunate to work with good people in my dealings here, & seller was no different. She was wonderful from start to finish, & I now have a gorgeous bag that I love - a win/win if ever there was one! I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from her again & would definitely recommend her to anyone.
