The cargo leggings came as describe, no damage to packing or anything of that sort. No damage to the cargo leggings themselves or any stains, rips, or tears. I wasn't sure if the 4's were going to fit, but I wore them all day and they fit like a glove. No pinching or tightness anywhere.
