Seller was great, and very easy to work with, but not a fan of this style shoe at all. I’ve never owned On Cloud and had very high expectations due to the hype. They are SO hard and uncomfortable, and too big as well. I wish I’d read reviews on this style shoe before buying. Not seller’s fault at all, but please research this shoe before buying if you’ve never bought On Cloud’s before.
