I love the boots. They’re beautiful as described, however they are slightly narrow for a size 9, otherwise beautiful shoe

Although the item was broken upon receipt, she did everything she could to help resolve the issue, Poshmark themselves were terrible but she was great at communication and stayed in constant contact. I appreciate all of what she did to try to help resolve the matter, Poshmark resolutions needs to get better at contact.
