So sorry, wrote a note to you as I was doing the rating and must has made an error bc there was no sign of a rating. I appreciate this lovely little book and plan to use it for my family as well as vegan guests. For years I have borrowed a vegan cookbook when I have friends visit who eat vegan only. It was a lot of work for 5 days of reorienting my kitchen but so rewarding 🌼
