The purse I purchased came to me with a few issues and I explained this to Rachel. She wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and told me to see if there was another purse in her closet that I might like. I sent her my “likes” and in turn she agreed to send me a purse at no cost! It’s always nice to know that fellow poshers are making sure their customers are happy!
