I was a little skeptical, ordering a secondhand bag because I had never done it before. The bag came in the exact way it is described in the description. It looks brand new besides the color change that Louis gives after wearing it for a while. There was a cute little care package on the inside of the bag. That was the perfect touch to my new baby!
