Hi, Rachel! Thank you for reaching out to me, regarding your concern. I agree with you, and wish to upgrade my initial 3 star rating, to a 5 star rating. I am very grateful that you were open to negotiating a price point, that allowed me to get the bracelet, to begin with. I hope that you can understand, my initial rating, was based, mostly, off of the lengthy time it took for it to arrive. I was able to go back and see the shipping label was created on the 20th, and that the package started shipping on the 24th. So, whatever it was, that delayed the arrival of this pkg, was not your fault. However, I hope you can understand, that it, still, affected my overall experience. This, combined with the fact, that I had to keep reaching out to you, regarding the updated tracking info, was the basis for which I gave that 3 star rating. I am, now, rating it 5 stars, solely off of your willingness to negotiate with me, in the beginning, as you pointed out. And, I agree, 100%, and, am sorry, that I didn’t think it through, completely, before submitting my rating. Whatever happened, after the 24th, was the fault of USPS. So, thank you, again, for YOUR part in this transaction!
