I do love the bag but When asked about condition of item, it was described as being in excellent condition. When received, cardboard base was broken on one end and bent on the other end, straps dirty, and glitter debris on the inside of bag...so was misrepresented a little but nothing huge. Seller is very pleasant and great to work with though and sent me a very attentive, personable & thoughtful thank you note which was I appreciated very much! I would buy from this seller again😊
