I bought 6 eyeliner pens. I recieved 5. I attempted to communicate with seller and recieved no response for several days, after a couple days without response I wrote my review. Today my husband brought a package to me that I was not expecting. I opened it and found not only the missing eyeliner pens, but a gifted product that MORE than makes up for the mistake made. In light of this, i 100% absolutely recommend this seller. She could have just corrected the mistake, instead she went out of her way to leave me far better off than if no mistake had been made to begin with. Thanks queenie!
