So sorry for delay in accepting the boots!! The boots are in perfect condition, the scuff marks were only oil tan leather scuffs so they massage smooth out and are to be expected on any oil tanned leather. The boots are in perfect, like as in store-bought condition, perfect condition. I'm super impressed by the brand-new-ness of the boots.
