Shipping was very fast, and the purse I ordered was exactly as described. I'm very happy with the seller and my purchase! I was confused by the inclusion of a second purse that I didn't order, but there was no way to contact the seller through the listing info, and Poshmark's so-called customer service (which is clearly A.I.) kept thinking I was trying to request a refund every time I asked how I could get in touch with the seller to find out if they intended to include the second purse. I finally gave up after the third try.

I was so scared that my item was gonna come broken, but seller made sure to wrap in plenty of bubble wrap and paper so my order did not break. Item was fragile but had no chips. Item was in great condition and seller is super sweet and caring!! I will be using this snow white cottage for my baby’s first birthday party
