Seller responded to my message immediately and shipped them out quickly. Product is as described - brand new, and they're beautiful. The only issue is the color. In the first 2 photos, they looked like a darker tan color, and in the remaining photos they looked like a lighter cream. So, I messaged seller and asked if they were a cream color or tan. She was kind enough to immediately upload new photos to better show the color, and in those photos they also appeared much lighter. She also replied that they were "a light straw color," so I took that to mean the lighter of the 2. Unfortunately, they are a darker tan, and I needed the lighter color. 😕
