Messaged me that one item of the 3 had inadvertently left out of the package. She did say she would ship the missing item the next day and include a special gift. I received shipment as agreed with all items plus two extra items. While I appreciated the extra items, she caused uncertainty and stress about the original purchase. However, she did reach out to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase. Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate the extra effort.
