The shoes are gorgeous; thank you! - however, they were sent without any wrapping or protection so knocked around in the soft bag throughout shipment. There was a scuff - but I did wipe it off upon arrival, so all ok now. I would suggest wrapping a mesh pair of shoes - or any shoes - in tissue or paper towel and securing with tape prior to shipping.
