I received the bag today, it's really nice, thank you! I do have one observation: the box it came in was actually too small for the handbag which was bent inside (I put some paper inside and it regained its shape). For the future, it would be advisable for you to use the right box size for an item so it will arrive in excellent condition (as advertised), and not bent or damaged. Overall, I am happy with it.
