My item was shipped out quickly and it was received carefully and beautifully packaged and I received a nice thank you card inside my box. Upon inspection of my purchase I realized my instruction booklet was missing and reached out to the seller. She was quick to respond and was very helpful in trying to retrieve me another booklet. She tried very hard to find me another one. She even searched YouTube for me and was able to find me an instructional video on how to put my dreamcatcher together. She then was able to relay to me how to find the video on YouTube and I was able to find it. I believe she went over and beyond in trying to help me in this purchasing transaction. Her closet is great and she is amazing to purchase from. She won't leave you stranded, that is for sure. Thank you for all of you time and patience with helping me find a way to put my dreamcatcher together. You are the best!✨️
