Great seller. They were proactive with noticing a package wasn't scanned when it was shipped. They contacted me right away and set a clear expectation that if it didn't arrive by a specific date, they would send a replacement item. They did, indeed, replace the item at no cost to me. I highly recommend @pepperpearlllc.
