I would suggest shipping in a poly bag as the shoe box came fully opened (not sure what kind of tape was used) luckily the item wasn’t damaged or missing

Birkenstocks can be confusing because they are made of different materials, some of which are synthetic. These were actually oiled leather as described so I am a happy Posher!
