Seller was told the item she was selling was new never used in box. So when I bought it, I was expecting the same thing. When I received the item and tried to connect it to my phone it didn’t work and it also showed that It had been previously used. I understand the seller did not deceive me on purpose and she did the right thing by giving me a refund. I would recommend the seller to anyone.
