Purse is in excellent condition and shipped promptly. Wish I had paid more attention to the description because this seller only had the leather cross body strap and not the additional shorter chain strap that was always included with this particular Joy+Iman bag. My fault, not theirs for assuming it was included. I generally only use the cross body strap but it's always nice to have that second option.
