Patty's customer service was outstanding. She was so quick to answer any questions and concerns I had. She took the time to re-measure the bag and took additional pictures to meet my needs. She went above and beyond expectations. The bag arrived within a few days. It was so nicely wrapped and packaged. The bag was nice and clean upon arrival and she threw in a little thank you card. Outstanding!!
