Pat was great to work with, usps was almost a week late and never updated the shipment information but Pat made sure I felt comfortable during the process to assure that my product would deliver. Once received item was in good condition 7/10. Only bad thing is she also sent a little bottle of lotion so now I have to explain to my fiancé that I’m now cheating on her..
