Super friendly, and gave me a awesome deal for Formula! Packing was on point, everything was as listed, and described in listing. Besides 3 labels came almost off, but I blame the cold weather. 😅 She also took more photos for me, to show me they were sealed. I couldn't of asked for a better seller to do business with.
