OMG not a scratch on her! Brand new as advertised and 0 smell. I know that sounds weird but I've order things that I've had to air out from other sellers and this is NOT one of them. Betsey is my fav designer and this bag had me squealing and the shipping was so fast! I'll definitely be purchasing from Page again. Side bar: the bag was wrapped nicely with inserts to keep the shape and a sweet thank you card inside. If I could give more stars I would!
