Unfortunately these pants must have been in a scented bag or near a room freshener as they were permeated by a strong scent. I am rather allergic to artificial fragrances. I've been airing them outside since they arrived. Often times simply washing them isn't enough. I'm Hoping I can remedy this issue before I wear them hiking soon. I highly suggest you alert the seller to this issue. I know some people love fake fragrances, I'm just not one of them.
