The seller Did nothing wrong… But I have the wrong router… The problem was I talked to my Internet company – Ziply – to get a router that would work so I could own one. This sellers number is the same as the one they recommended, but it was for Ethernet not the Fiber I needed. I did not notice the difference because the number was the same. What are my options?
