I want to say I have Bought numerous items from this seller and I continue to buy items because every item is beautiful at great prices and Ms. Vivian is so professional and kind. She just doesn’t wrap every item beautifully, she sends hand written thank you notes no matter the size of the order each time I have ordered from her closet. Let me tell you, Ms Vivian doesn’t just send any little thank you gifts along with her beautiful items, she personalizes them to the buyer. I’m am new to posh since 2025 when I was sick and laid up in bed, never before did I shop Poshmark. After hundreds of purchases, I decided to begin a new adventure and open my own little business. So far as of March 2026, I did 2 trial posh shows & started slowly entering the Poshmark life. I like everyone gives a brief bio, which definitely I didn’t think any seller read regarding their buyers, well I was wrong, Ms Vivian does. I did not think I would receive a hand written letters regarding my profession for over 30 years now of which unfortunately I have taken a break from due to my own health concerns since 2021. Ms Vivian personalized my hand written letters and beautiful thank you gifts with thoughtful hand picked items that I could utilize as a Therapist,. of which I have been for over 30 years now!!f Not once did I ever receive a letter or gifts based on my Bio and I have spent 6 figures on Posh in 1 yr!! This should tell you something, Ms Vivian is truly a kind hearted soul not just a seller trying to make money!! She is also very Professional small business owner. I think I know more about Ms Vivan now as she knows about me. We have more than just a seller/ buyer relationship, for we have a friendship and for that I am blessed!
