It’s funny, I never once thought, “I need a brass bell.” But when I saw the photo, I had to have it. And then I found its companion - the brass bowl. I love that they belonged to your great aunt and that stayed together. So cool. Both items are just as I hoped and as shown in the pics. Thank you Olive for the perfect condition “Gurley” candle. I remember my mother had these in our home. Sadly they are gone but when I see them they speak to me. Like your great aunt I won’t burn it. Now I’m going to add to my first Gurley candle with some others that I love like the choir children . It will make a nice vignette at Christmas for all to enjoy some of the special memories of our childhood . ❤️
