Absolutely love my purchases! Customer service and personalized packaging are second to none :) one the items had a noted flaw and before shipping she had noticed that it had gotten worse than the photos portrayed - she immediately notified me and offered to replace the item with a different one entirely or to refund/remove it from the bundle. She ended up replacing it and including the damaged item in the bundle in hopes it could still be salvaged - definitely a welcome and unexpected surprise! Thank you for the great experience I can’t wait to wear these ❤️
