Completely not your fault. Shoes are beautiful, however they were soaking wet in a crumbled wet box inside a plastic bag and left on my stairs. Some color from red tissue paper has bled all over one of them. Unsure if it will come out. I work from home and we havent had rain gere in days. Not sure what happened.
