Shoes were just as described & seller was very responsive. She answered all my questions & was never rude about it :) shipping was a bit confusing on my part bc I could not see when the label was scanned through. Over all I had a great experience buying & I absolutely LOVE the shoes !! She left me a small note & free gift in as well which was nice to see!
