I and the seller are two awesome mature ladies who dealt the issue with utmost politeness and understanding. I was disappointed at first because the interior pockets were flaking-nature of vintage LV… Anyway, she was fine if I return the item. I opted not too and will just have it professionally “repaired”. I will treasure this purse.
