This is one of the most fantastic sellers that I have ever purchased from! I was trying to get her adorable tracksuit I had just purchased sent out really fast to my mother’s address because I needed it to arrive before my visiting sister left the country to go back to Vietnam. At the risk of being extremely annoying - I asked the seller if she could ship asap so it would be here before my sister left the country and she was so kind and helpful! She promptly responded that she would get right on it and she mailed it within an HOUR of me asking her this- same day as purchase!!! She could have not responded, or waited several days -as is her right when selling on Poshmark - or gotten around to it when it was convenient for her -but instead she had a cheerful attitude and sent this item lightening fast! My sister and I have been estranged for nearly a decade and we were having our first visit in years so that she could meet my new baby- her new niece. While I know that me getting my sister this tracksuit that I knew she loved may not seem like a big deal, it was a much-needed act of kindness to soothe the years of estrangement between us - so it actually was a very BIG DEAL to us and our relationship! It also was sold out everywhere online - so this seller was my last hope! In the end, because of this sellers incredible proactive approach and can-do attitude; this resulted in not only her gorgeous, absolutely PRISTINE, sparkling, sequin tracksuit to arrive in time before my sister left… but also this small kind gesture helped to preserve and maintain the small seedlings of our brand new relationship!
