It works great and in new condition. I am downloading all my files now and it works even better then the phone I have been using! Thank you so much!! 🥰 It is not fully unlocked and I cannot use it with AT&T at this time. There must be a way to fix this. But I can use it apparently for basic features. I will have to look into it. I really count on a phone and so this is one major issue that is disappointing. I prefer not to go to an AT & T store as they will try to get me to buy a new phone. Update: it partially works but to really make it work, I would probably have to go to its original phone carrier company- CSpire but this business is not located in California so that is a problem. But as I really appreciate the seller’s kindness and compassion, I decided to change the rating. But I will not give up on finding some way to bypass the partial lock issue.

Had no issues. She carefully wrapped the watch up after securing it in a ziplock bag and did the same with the accessories. Put everything in ziplock bag then wrapped newspaper and thick tissue paper like they use for birthday bags but thicker and secure everything. Also left a little note saying i hope this brings you joy. Which seeing that note made my day made me smile. Which I needed a lot. Definitely would order from her again. 10/10 recommend.
