Great communication and very fast shipping. The shoes are cute and fit mom’s wide feet perfectly. However, after we received the shoes today, she wore them on her hardwood floor; we found that the bottom of the shoe has little to no traction. I will get a rubber heel attached by a shoemaker, because we don’t want her slipping on the dance floor at the wedding. My fault for not asking; I now know to that in the future I will ask about the bottom sole. Thanks for a festive shoe!
