Shipped fast and packed well but unfortunately not cleaned before sending! So much hair on the cardigan from long light colored hair weaved into the fabric to short white hair on the cardigan. Also the authentication tags are cut out which was not mentioned in the listing but nonetheless the cardigan feels authentic
