This purchase was the first time I have ever ordered anything from an internet site. Much to my embarrassment, I had a difficult time from the beginning. I messed up the initial order, couldn't figure out how to communicate with this seller (I kept checking my own email instead of the "news" part of my profile), and, overall, was a complete challenge to deal with, I'm sure, lol.... That being said, I would wholeheartedly recommend this seller to anyone. She was polite, patient, honest, efficient, and organized. She is definitely a 10 plus asset to Poshmark. I am "following" her site (I'm sure she will cringe when she sees this, lmao), and look forward to doing business with her again.... My jewelry box and charms arrived BEFORE they were scheduled too. The charms, all 22 of them, were individually wrapped and protected inside the box. The box itself was immaculately wrapped and protected from shipping damage. I just love my purchase. It's everything the seller advertised that it would be... If this seller is to be the only example of Poshmark's quality of goods and impeccable customer service, then I am 100% hooked !!!
