SO IMPRESSED! The product was better than I could have imagined! and @nanettelai ‘s packaging was top tier, she wrapped each individual charm/zipper end on the dog bag so securely and made me feel like/the bag look like I bought it brand new! plus the amazing extra add on doggy outfits made my day :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND, super responsive to all my questions and showed such kindness to me during this sale
