Was so happy to receive these beautiful mugs!! They all arrived without issue except the rim of hobbit was broken in 4 small pieces which disappointed me but hopefully can be glued . Your packaging wasn’t the issue I don’t believe I think it was poor handling on USPS end which I have contacted. The shipping time was fast. Beautiful items and I’d shop with again but suggest fragile is boldly written on box.
