Sperry boots arrived in excellent condition & within a very reasonable timeframe. The item was received exactly as described, however, there was something extra: At first, opening the package I wondered if I'd ordered the wrong thing, possibly the white boots I'd been looking at rather than the black boots I thought I'd purchased; no, there was a gift inside. This lovely seller had included in the shipment a brand new, adorable white & yellow knit cap with pompon; unexpected & such a gracious offering! Thank you, the hat is beautiful & perfect for winter! I was so surprised; thank you for your thoughtfulness!
