Shoes came in cleaned, no odor, no stains on bottom, shoe tree in both, each shoe is individually wrapped carefully with paper and bubble wrap, put in a draw string shoe bag, a personalized card (thank you will absolutely shop again!), wrapped up in more paper carefully in a box with tape. The order was shipped immediately and communicated immediately as well! Best seller I have worked with hands down!!!
