I gave you a 5 star because of your prompt mailing. The shoes are nice and in great condition, HOWEVER the straps are very wide and loose and I have a narrow foot. Even with putting shoe inserts in them, they are too wide for me. I will try and resell and make sure I list that issue. They would be great for someone with a very WIDE foot.
