The shoes are very nice and new as described. Areas the seller can improve in: item held way in excess of 7 days prior to shipping, I was getting ready to cancel my order. When I inquired to the seller as to why the item had not been shipped, there was no (zero) communication from the seller which was very disrespectful as if I was not worthy of a response as the buyer. What has the world come to? The 5-stars were given simply to encourage the seller to consider the interest of others, especially when their money is involved. I wish her growth and maturity!
