Sabina is definitely a seller I will purchase from again. The item is authentic, was very well packaged and the presentation was phenomenol. The charm came in the Pandora box wrapped with a pink bow, placed inside another box that was beautifully wrapped with a blue floral paper with a gold butterfly accent and a beautiful thank you message. Then this box was place in a shipped box and very well protected with filler. Just the care taken to send me the charm, will definitely look to this seller first for purchasing any Pandora charms. <3
