Pleased! Thank you so much for the promptness of mailing the shoes but as we both know, they were delayed by the postal service and tracking was not updated but all in all, they did arrive and I am very pleased. The packaging was great, the shoes were stuffed adequately so as to avoid any crushing and to retain their shape and I see this gesture as being very conscientious of the service the Posher offers. I also appreciated the reduction in price and shipping cost. We were able to communicate and she was also a problem solver. I would definitely shop with this Posher again.
