The jacket is perfect but the best part of this with the customer service. Due to everything going on there’s delays with shipping. I reached out just in case there was something she could do not really having much hope since I know it was out of her hands. She went above and beyond went to the post office spoke to someone and literally the next day after sitting for almost a week in the post office it started tracking and moving and arrived today. The jacket is great but if you’re looking for great customer service I highly recommend! If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would.
