Thanks! Sweater just as described. I’m all about reusing and not being wasteful but maybe next time you can wrap the item in some tissue paper or something when placing it in it’s shipping bag. As far as communication, I can say that I did try to communicate but got no response back (nothing wrong with that just not something I’m use to or would do to anyone who’s purchasing from me).
