Seller was very responsive and a quick shipper as well as a great communicator. I gave a 5star rating for the service not exactly for the product. The product itself was much smaller than what I was expecting as the picture looked bigger. I should have asked for measurements. I won't be able to use it as a work bag because it is exceptionally small.
